Senator Easley has introduced a bill durring the 2009 session that has carried over to the 2010 session that needs to be defeated. Her bill, SJR 3, proposes the complete repeal of term limits currently set for Oklahoma State Representatives.

THREAT LEVEL: This bill will not likely see movement. Senator Easley is in her last term and has had no real legislative victories to brag about. This is likely a last ditch effort to leave a legacy in the Senate.
